Branch Manager Bryan Sims brings that mindset to life. With nearly 16 years of experience in banking, including time with larger institutions, he saw firsthand the difference a credit union can make. Now, he focuses on building relationships, listening to member feedback, and helping people create financial plans that actually work for their lives. His ties to the community run deep as an NC State alum, longtime baseball coach, and active member of the local area. One of the things the team values most is accessibility. Membership is open to more people than many realize, with simple ways to join that allow individuals and families across the region to take advantage of their competitive rates and personalized service. As they continue to grow, Welcome Federal Credit Union remains focused on the same core idea it was built on.
