Carolina HealthWorks: Quick Overview

• Businesses can keep working with their existing Blue Cross NC agent, or enroll directly if they don’t have one.
• Created to address the rising cost of health care that hits small businesses hardest.

How to receive your rate:

1. Confirm or become a Winterville Chamber Member
   • Rates are only available to active Winterville Chamber of Commerce members.
2. If you have a current agent, contact them for a rate. If you do not have an agent or do not want one, you may request a rate from the CHW page.
   • Agent rates are built into the plan pricing, so it does not cost you anything additional to use a local agent to assist you.
