Beeker’s Brisket and BBQ is our most recent to join the Chamber family! Owner Robbie Beeker says he started this food truck after the necessity had him homeschooling his daughter during Covid. He had a vision of merging his native love of whole hog NC BBQ with the wood-fired, unique flavors of Texan BBQ into a food truck that hadn’t been seen before.
Beeker’s uses all local wood to smoke their meat low and slow to get that perfect flavor and tenderness. They can be found around town at local stops on the weekends – but get there early before they sell out!
