Rebecca Caveness
Rebecca Caveness is the new Executive Director of the Winterville Chamber. She grew up in Winterville, watched her parents’ business grow here, and made the choice to start her own in the area as well.

Alton Wadford
Alton Wadford recently retired as the Director of High School Programs at Pitt Community college and now is the Recruiter for the Public Safety/Fine Arts and Business Divisions. He has lived in the Greenville area his whole life, and in Winterville for 36 years. He has been involved in the Winterville Watermelon Festival almost as long and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Committee.

Glenda White
Glenda White is the Liason Coordinator at McClouds and Associates. She is a native of Blackjack and now lives in Greenville. Glenda is a minister with Greater Judah Christian Center and also serves on the board of the Jackie Robinson Baseball League.

David Allen
David Allen is a Commercial Insurance Advisor with Winterville Insurance Agency. He was born and raised in Winterville, where his family has always been active in the community. Along with serving at Opendoor Church, he is on the fundraising committee for Building Hope Community Life Center and is a volunteer with the Winterville Watermelon Festival committee.

Debbie Davis
Debbie Davis is co-owner of Down South Accounting & Tax. She retired as a Band Director in Edgecombe County Schools and found love for a second career in accounting.
Debbie has a desire to do more for her community that she loves and her multitude of skills is a great asset to our Chamber both as a treasurer and as an officer. You can contact Debbie at ddavis@downsouthtax.com.
Saul Horowitz
Saul Horowitz is a State Farm Agent and owner of Horowitz Insurance and Financial services in Winterville. He and his family moved from Upstate NY after falling in love with the local community while visiting ENC.
Saul is very active in the local community and an active member of the Winterville Civitan Club, Rotary club, and is program chair at Congregation Bayt Shalom.

Danielle Hodges
Danielle Hodges is the branch manager at the Southern Bank Winterville location. She has been the branch manager in Winterville since January 2020 and has worked for Southern Bank for over five years. Danielle graduated from East Carolina University in July 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, then got her Masters of Business Administration there in 2021.
Danielle currently resides in Greenville, NC with her husband Brian Hodges and their dog, Hershey.
