Thanksgiving Meals Initiative

First started in 2021, each year our Chamber executes our Thanksgiving Meals Initiative in an effort to ease the holiday burden for the underserved of our community. We work with local social workers and organizations who know the families that are most in need. We collect donations during the month of November and purchase pre-cooked Thanksgiving meal boxes from Lowes Foods designed to feed a family of 8 with the funds raised. A couple of days before Thanksgiving we pick up dozens of these meal boxes and pass them out to the names on our list.

In order to help us make the biggest impact possible, we need donations and community awareness. Share the flyer below to spread the word and consider donating to this cause.
