By partnering with local employers, they work to ensure that our workforce is skilled, competitive, and equipped for evolving demands. From administering NCWorks Career Centers to leveraging the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act, REWDB supports businesses through dynamic initiatives and training opportunities that foster economic growth and employee retention.
